Born and raise in Brazil, Maria holds a degree in Business Administration and began her career in Human Resources before transitioning into financial services, where she served as a Head Teller. In that leadership role, she managed daily operations, supported clients directly, and developed a strong foundation in accuracy, accountability, and service. Maria is motivated each day by the opportunity to support clients and contribute to a positive and well-organized experience. She understands that behind every account and every document is a family, a goal, or a future plan and she takes pride in helping ensure every step of the process runs smoothly and efficiently. When she is not in the office, Maria prioritizes quality time outdoors with her family, her husband Mabry, daughter Marielle and their dog Peanut - moments that keep her grounded and energized.
